Sparrow Health System

I worked with Sparrow Health System to create a multi-phase web site centered around transparency and accessibility in the healthcare space. Designed to highlight different types of content over time, the site allows patients to go behind the scenes at Sparrow and find answers to their health related questions through a series of educational videos and articles. As part of the creative team I led the concepting, design, and production, partnering with a development team to produce the final site. Using focused messaging and conversational language, patients now have access to a streamlined digital experience and the ability to play a greater role in their own healthcare experience.
